The objective of this architecturally designed commercial kitchen was complete functionality and included a large amount of new structure, a walk in cool room and freezer, a walk in pantry, 7 kitchen sinks and basin units, both integrated and mobile bain maries, and an easily replaceable vinyl floor.

This kitchen produces up to 300 meals a day- with 170 meals a day being produced for meals on wheels, as well as meals for the 96 residents that live there which meant that we had a specific time line and completion date for this project to be finished and completely operational by and also had to work around the people living in the rest home. This was a job that was tendered competitively for by our team, and the end result was a very happy client with the project being completed within the allocated time frame and meeting all their requirements.
